Common Issues & Solutions

Login Issues

  • Unable to log in with correct credentials
  • Password reset email not received
  • Account locked after multiple attempts

Solution: Ensure you are using the correct email. Check spam folder for reset emails. Wait 30 minutes if account is locked.

Attendance Problems

  • Punch not recorded
  • GPS location not detected
  • Missing punch alerts

Solution: Check app permissions for location access. Ensure stable internet connection. Try refreshing the page.

Payroll Issues

  • Salary calculation incorrect
  • Payslip not generated
  • Payment not reflected

Solution: Verify attendance records are finalized. Check salary configuration settings. Contact support for discrepancies.

Document Upload

  • File upload failed
  • Unsupported file format
  • Large file size error

Solution: Use supported formats (PDF, JPG, PNG). Max file size is 5MB. Try compressing images before upload.

Notification Issues

  • Not receiving email alerts
  • Push notifications missing
  • SMS not delivered

Solution: Check notification settings in your profile. Verify email address and phone number. Check spam filters.

Performance Issues

  • Slow page loading
  • Features not loading
  • App crashes

Solution: Clear browser cache. Try a different browser. Ensure stable internet connection.

Browser Troubleshooting

Mobile App Troubleshooting

    Verify app has necessary permissions (location, camera, notifications).

  3. Restart App

  4. Reinstall App

    Uninstall and reinstall the app as a last resort.
