By accessing and using easyflow's platform (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
If you do not agree to abide by this agreement or any modifications to these terms, please do not use this service.
2. User Accounts

easyflow commits to 99.9% monthly uptime for production services, excluding planned maintenance windows.
Scheduled maintenance windows are announced 2 Days in advance via the support portal.
Credits for downtime are available per our Support SLA—contact support@easyflow.com for details.
4. Data Usage & Ownership
All data uploaded to easyflow by you or your organization remains your exclusive property.
We act as a data processor under GDPR/CCPA and do not claim ownership.
Upon account termination, you have 2 Days to export your data before deletion.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws.
Prohibited uses include: reverse engineering, automated scraping, sending malware, or selling employee data.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
IN NO EVENT SHALL easyflow BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the last 12 months of service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless easyflow from claims arising from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under JAMS rules.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of arbitration proceedings.
